The local tax is 2,70 € per person and day. This tax is not included in the accommodation price and will be collected on site. Children under 14 years are excluded from this tax.

General information:

• The apartment or room are available from 5 p.m
• On arrival, documents must be presented so that the landlord can comply with the guest's legal obligation to register
• If you arrive before 5 p.m. or after 8 p.m., we ask you to give us a call
• On departure, leave the apartment by 09:30 a.m
• Please make the payment at check-in
• We recommend using an EC card or cash as a means of payment. Of course you can also pay with VISA and Mastercard
• The booking of the holiday apartment is confirmed as soon as the deposit has been credited to our account

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellation free of charge up to 41 days before arrival.
• The deposit (see deposit) must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
• From 29 to 8 days before arrival we charge 65% of the total amount.
• From 7 days before the day of arrival we charge 90% of the total amount.
• In case of no-show, late arrival and early departure we charge 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Further information regarding general terms and conditions of contract and cancellation conditions: Art. 1341 Codice civile, Art.1382 Codice civile and notification in accordance with Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code (GvD 206/2005).

The deposit: in Italy, the deposit is regarded as a guarantee of a contract. If the guest should not start his vacation, the enterprise retains the deposit as a handling charge.
Important: the cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the cancelled rooms are re-let in full or in part

Travel insurance:

Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed in accordance with EU standards.
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumers' Code) is not contemplated.
